Payment and Shipping

 

A: Most Battery Doctor products are shipped free of charge. If your order value is less than a minimum, you will incur shipping costs as follows:

EAST Malaysia - Orders below RM 100: RM 25 shipping fee

WEST Malaysia (including Klang Valley) - Orders below RM 100: RM 15 shipping fee

 

 

Warranty

 

This limited warranty shall apply to Battery Doctor products. For powerbank defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Battery Doctor shall provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period.
